特点: Characteristics
锌、铝等板材及某些合金因金属活动性强,表面易被氧化形成致密的氧化膜,对普通原子灰有效强的阻聚作用,所以普通原子灰在其表面固化不完全,没有附着力。 The substrates such as galvanized iron,aluminum and some alloys are prone to oxidi-ze and from a compact film of oxidization due to strong activity of metal.The conv-entional putties don't harden completely on the surface of substrates resulting in poor adhesion.
YK-630合金原子灰是DCPD改性的高反应活性UPR制备,配合BPO固化体系使用,在锌、铝等金属上有很好的附着力,并且固化迅速、能很快打磨,固化过程收缩影响极小。 YK-630 Putty is prepared by DCPD modified UPR with reactivity. It exhibits good ad-hesion,quick curing,and sanding properties without existence of minimumshrinkage on the surface of metal substrate such as galvanized iron and aluminum by introduction of BPO curing system

原子灰:固化剂(重量比) 100:1.5-3 Putty :Hardener(by weight)=100:1.5-3

施工参考: Application reference
1、涂刮前从表面彻底除去锈鳞、油污及水份等,保持被涂物表面清洁、干燥。 1. Completely remove the rust,oil dirt,water and so on from the surfaces,keep the coated surfaces clean before scraping.
2、原子灰与与固化剂的混合要充分,使其颜色均匀一致方可,杜绝使用混合不均匀灰料施工。 2. The Putty and Hardener should be mixed completely to achieve the uniformity of colour.
3、原子灰与固化剂混合后,要在凝固前使用完毕。 3. The mixture of Putty and Hardener should be used up before gelling.
4、尽快将混合后的原子灰刮入待填补的斑点缺陷中,并迅速刮平。 4. Scrape the mixture of Putty and Hardener into the spot defects which will be fi-lled and scrape to evenness immediately.
5、如需要厚涂层,最好分多次薄刮至目标厚度。 5. In case of scraping of thick coat.it is preferable to apply in thin coats for s-everal times till reaching the obiective thickness.
6、待其硬化后方可打磨(20-40分钟20℃)。 6. Sanding affer mixture is hardened(20-40min20℃) .

注意事项 Notices
1、混合后的原子灰在凝固前的可使用时限内必须用完,否则会胶凝报废。 1. The mixed Putty must bi used up within the available period before gelling.or it will gel.
2、合金原子灰为专用固化剂,不得和其他系列原子灰固化剂混用。 2. The Alloy Putty should not be mixed hardener that's used for other putties
3、涂刮时若有气泡涌入,须用刮刀彻底刮平,以确保良好的附着力。 3. When there is air bubble while application,fully scrape to evenness with scraper to ensure good adhesion.
4、未使用完的原子灰及固化剂需要密封保存;加有固化剂的原子灰不可放回原罐内。 4. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed,the Putty mixed with har-deners should not be returned to the original container.
5、于阴凉处(25℃以下的室温)可保存一年。 5. Store in a cool place where the temperature is below 25℃,The shelf life is one-year. | |
